1. Can I change a job title to any category?

The new title must align with the employee’s attested qualifications. For example, a “Manager” title requires a bachelor’s degree.

The card itself (digital) doesn’t change, but the Employment Contract in the system must be updated to reflect the new salary for legal and WPS purposes.
