Investment Thresholds

Mandatory Documents Checklist

  • Original Title Deed:
    Issued by the Land Department (DLD/Abu Dhabi Municipality).
  • Passport Copy:
    Valid for at least 6 months.
  • Digital Photograph:
    High-resolution, white background (ICP standard).
  • Police Clearance Certificate:
    A "Good Conduct Certificate" issued by the UAE Police.
  • Bank NOC:
    Only required if the property is currently under a mortgage.
  • Health Insurance:
    Proof of a valid UAE-compliant health insurance policy.
